Road trip to Vegas

Made it to Vegas ok (even with my map cruddy readying, how'd I pass that in Geography?!?). We left LA, the scenic route, going up into the Hollywood Hills, and back down again, which was very.....scenic....I was hoping to drive some of the way, but it was a highway so didn't get to, shame! Soon!!! It took ages to get to the Hostel but we made, and we didn't crash once! It's pretty cool here, but soo empty. We're heading out for limo party soon, which should be fun and then hitting the casino's after that. Hey, cool about the earthquake, i can't believe that I totally missed it!! gr...How annoying's that I go to where earthquakes are and one hits back home! :(

Last day in LA

Haha! funny Radol. yeah one step ahead of you, got aloe vera! ;) in sooo much pain ........... :( No didn't get you any pics of theOscars being dismantled, don't even want to know why, you want them but....got you the building you sad fool ;p

Oh the hostel had an open mic night last night, I can't believe how good everyone was though. The guy I met yesterday turned up and did a set which was amazing! But, there's some weird people staying here...I can't figure this one out, but there's this one guy who's here about a fish, and he doesn't shut up about it!!! Oh also there's this israeli lady in my room who's a little bonkers but hey.... um...I went up runyan canyon earlier, I couldn't believe the views!!! So beautiful, shame the pic doesn't do it justice. Lol, was a classic moment though, I saw that lady from xmen...Jean Grey??? This guy I was walking with totally missed her coz of a three legged dog, he was like hey that's so cool, until I mentioned her! LMAO!!!!

But, haven't done much today, I went on walkabout with Sara from my room. We're looking into renting a car and going up to vegas which i'll keep you posted (mum breathe...i'll make it to san fran on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Burnt to a crisp!!!

Been out and seen so much already! Yesterday I went walkabout along Hollywood Blvd and randomly met this guy called Forrest. We ended up walking, talking...and ended up at Universal City which was pretty cool. He showed me some pretty cool sights that I wouldn't have been to...

Today i ended up catching the hostel bus to Venice beach/santa monica with a few of the girls from my room, unfortunately i'm sooo burnt that it's not even funny, so muchpain......but prior to that we spent quite a lot of time at the beach, I finally made it to the pacific this trip (how could I forget that!!!!) then we walked up to Santa Monica and ate not much. Caught the bus back to the Hostel and totally missed the stop, god bless the subway is all I can say!!!!

I landed

Hey Guys, I made it to LA!!!!! It's soooo hot here, i'd forgotton what sunshine and heat were :) I'm so glad that the travelling is finally done with for the minute though; about 7 hours sleep in 3 days is barely managed by the MAHUSSIVE quantities of blessed caffeine that I love to consume, in turn keeping me semi-human.

Sadly the flight to Toronto dragged with unbelief. Virtually everything onboard had stopped working so we were flying without entertainment in the dark. It was interesting to say the least. Toronto, from what I saw was totally covered in snow!!!!! Loved it, and sadly i might of just had a lil play in it, around 1am lol. What can I say, my inner child never sleeps ;p

But anyways, I landed about 4 hours ago and just arrived at the hostel. It's literally off of Hollywood blvd and i'm minutes away from starbucks (COFFEE!!!!!) Oh and Rach guess whats right near me!!!....the theatre where the oscars were held, gutted!!!!! They're taking the stuff down but it looks pretty cool all the same.

Oh Fam, tried calling but the phones are constantly being used, I'll try again later, but it's probably passed midnight there so don't know, it might be tomorrow.
